Philosophy
I believe that each client is unique and brings into the therapeutic relationship their own valid perspective and experiences. I strive to provide a safe and empathic environment where you are able to share openly the particular circumstances or issues that are problematic for you. No two people will have identical thoughts, feelings or behaviours and I work collaboratively with clients to draw on their individual strengths and resources as well as tailor my treatment approach to individual needs.
Making the most of each day and being present in the moment is something I put much effort into. When I am not working in the profession that I love, I value the time I spend with my children and husband. I enjoy travelling and experiencing the diversity that makes up our world and to relax I like to run, watch movies and read.
